[262] "And what, bhikkhus, is right intention (sammāsaṅkappa) that is accompanied by taints (āsava), partaking of merit, ripening in acquisitions (upadhivepakka)? The intention of renunciation (nekkhamma), the intention of non-ill will, the intention of non-harming: this, bhikkhus, is right intention that is accompanied by taints, partaking of merit, ripening in acquisitions."
