[444] Bhikkhus, whatever ascetics or brahmins do not understand feeling (vedanā), do not understand the origin of feeling, do not understand the cessation of feeling, do not understand the way of practice leading to the cessation of feeling … understand … having realized it for themselves with direct knowledge (abhiññā), they dwell having entered upon it. The ninth.
