[1146] "When, bhikkhu, the four bases of spiritual power (iddhipāda) have been developed thus and cultivated thus, then, with the destruction of the taints (āsava), one realizes for oneself with direct knowledge (abhiññā), in this very life, the taintless liberation of mind (cetovimutti) and liberation by wisdom (paññāvimutti), and having entered upon it, one dwells therein." End of the First Sutta.
