[147] When more than a month of the hot season remains, perceiving it as more, a bhikkhu seeks a rains-cloth robe (vassikasāṭikacīvara): it is to be relinquished, an offence of pācittiya (nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ). When more than a month of the hot season remains, being in doubt, he seeks a rains-cloth robe: it is to be relinquished, an offence of pācittiya. When more than a month of the hot season remains, perceiving it as less, he seeks a rains-cloth robe: it is to be relinquished, an offence of pācittiya.
