[240] One who is fully ordained (upasampanna), wishing to jeer at, wishing to disparage, wishing to humiliate one who is fully ordained, speaks thus: "There are here some who are wise, competent, intelligent, very learned, speakers of the Dhamma; for them there is no bad destination; only a good destination is to be expected for them" — in so speaking, there is an offence (āpatti) of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa) for each utterance.
