[285] **"Whatever"** (yo pana): whoever, of whatever sort … . **"Bhikkhu"**: … this is the one intended as "bhikkhu" in this context. **"One not fully ordained (anupasampanna)"**: setting aside a bhikkhu and a bhikkhunī (bhikkhunī), the rest are called "not fully ordained."
