[306] "**Whatever** (yo pana)": whoever, of whatever sort … . "**Bhikkhu**": … this is the bhikkhu intended in this context. "**One not fully ordained** (anupasampanna)": setting aside a bhikkhu and a bhikkhunī, the rest are called ones not fully ordained.
