[315] "Should tell" (āroceyya): for one who says to an unordained person (anupasampanna), "The five faculties (pañcindriyāni), the five powers (pañca balāni) — I attained, I attain, I have attained; of the five powers I am a gainer, I have mastery; the five powers have been realized by me," there is an offense of pācittiya.
