[327] "Should tell" means: for a bhikkhu who says to one not fully ordained (anupasampanna), "I have entered upon the first jhāna and the five faculties (indriya)," there is an offense of pācittiya.

… "I am one who has entered upon the first jhāna and the five faculties" … there is an offense of pācittiya.
