[316] "Should inform" (āroceyya) means: for one who says to a person not fully ordained (anupasampanna), "I attained the seven factors of awakening (bojjhaṅga); I am attaining them; I have attained them; I am a gainer of the seven factors of awakening; I have mastery over them; the seven factors of awakening have been realized by me" — there is an offense of pācittiya.
