[467] **"Whoever":** whoever, of whatever sort … **"Bhikkhu":** … this is the one intended in this sense as "bhikkhu."
**"Bhikkhunī"** means: one fully ordained in both Saṅghas.
**"With"** means: together.
**"One [man] with one [woman]"** means: there is just a bhikkhu and a bhikkhunī.
**"A private place" (raho)** means: private to the eye, private to the ear.
**"Private to the eye"** means: a place where it is not possible to see them winking the eyes, raising the eyebrows, or raising the head.
**"Private to the ear"** means: a place where it is not possible to hear ordinary talk.
**"Should take a seat"** means: when the bhikkhunī is seated, if the bhikkhu sits down close by or lies down close by, there is an offense of pācittiya. When the bhikkhu is seated, if the bhikkhunī sits down close by or lies down close by, there is an offense of pācittiya. Or if both are seated, or both are lying down, there is an offense of pācittiya.
