Dhaṁdhaṁsutta

[171] "Bhikkhus, I will teach you the Dhamma and non-Dhamma (adhamma). Listen to it and attend closely; I will speak." "Yes, venerable sir," those bhikkhus replied to the Blessed One. The Blessed One said this: "And what, bhikkhus, is non-Dhamma? The destruction of life (pāṇātipāta) … wrong view (micchādiṭṭhi) — this, bhikkhus, is called non-Dhamma. And what, bhikkhus, is the Dhamma? Abstention (veramaṇī) from the destruction of life … right view (sammādiṭṭhi) — this, bhikkhus, is called the Dhamma."
