[327] **Having judged, grasped among dhammas** (dhammesu niccheyya samuggahītaṃ): "Among dhammas" means: among the sixty-two speculative views (diṭṭhigata). "Having judged" (niccheyya) means: having decided, having adjudicated, having investigated, having scrutinized, having weighed, having appraised, having clarified, having made evident — [any] grasping at a limit, grasping at a part, grasping at the best, grasping at a portion, grasping at an accumulation, grasping at a compilation; [anything] grasped, misapprehended, adhered to, cleaved to, or resolved upon thus: "This is true, correct, real, factual, accurate, not otherwise" — there is none; it does not exist, it is not found; it has been abandoned, cut off, calmed, tranquilized, rendered incapable of arising again, burned by the fire of knowledge (ñāṇa). Hence, "having judged, grasped among dhammas."
