[24] When the formal act (kamma) is legitimate (dhammakamma), perceiving it as a legitimate act, she does not relinquish: an offense entailing pārājika. When the formal act is legitimate, being in doubt (vematikā), she does not relinquish: an offense entailing pārājika. When the formal act is legitimate, perceiving it as an illegitimate act (adhammakamma), she does not relinquish: an offense entailing pārājika. When the formal act is illegitimate, perceiving it as a legitimate act: an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa). When the formal act is illegitimate, being in doubt: an offense of wrong-doing. When the formal act is illegitimate, perceiving it as an illegitimate act: an offense of wrong-doing.
