[1081] For whomever the bodily formation (kāyasaṅkhāra) does not arise, has the verbal formation (vacīsaṅkhāra) not arisen for that one? It has arisen. Or rather, for whomever the verbal formation has not arisen, does the bodily formation not arise for that one? There is none.
