[1311] Whoever has the latent tendency of repulsion (paṭighānusaya) lying latent from any [place], does he have the latent tendency of conceit (mānānusaya) lying latent from that [place]?
No.
Or, whoever has the latent tendency of conceit lying latent from any [place], does he have the latent tendency of repulsion lying latent from that [place]?
No.
Whoever has the latent tendency of repulsion lying latent from any [place], does he have the latent tendency of views (diṭṭhānusaya) … the latent tendency of doubt (vicikicchānusaya) lying latent from that [place]?
Two persons (puggalā): in painful feeling (dukkhā vedanā), they have the latent tendency of repulsion lying latent from that [place], but they do not have the latent tendency of doubt lying latent from that [place]. The ordinary person (puthujjana): in painful feeling, he has both the latent tendency of repulsion lying latent and the latent tendency of doubt lying latent from that [place].
Or, whoever has the latent tendency of doubt lying latent from any [place], does he have the latent tendency of repulsion lying latent from that [place]?
The ordinary person: in two feelings in the sensual element (kāmadhātu), in the form element (rūpadhātu), and in the formless element (arūpadhātu), he has the latent tendency of doubt lying latent from that [place], but he does not have the latent tendency of repulsion lying latent from that [place]. That very same person: in painful feeling, he has both the latent tendency of doubt lying latent and the latent tendency of repulsion lying latent from that [place].
Whoever has the latent tendency of repulsion lying latent from any [place], does he have the latent tendency of lust for existence (bhavarāgānusaya) lying latent from that [place]?

The non-returner (anāgāmī): in three feelings in the sensual element, in the form element, and in the formless element, he has the latent tendency of ignorance lying latent from that [place], but he does not have the latent tendency of repulsion lying latent from that [place].
