Or rather, one who is without latency in respect of the latent tendency of doubt — is he without latency in respect of the latent tendency of conceit?
Three persons (puggalā) are without latency in respect of the latent tendency of doubt, but not without latency in respect of the latent tendency of conceit; the Arahant is both without latency in respect of the latent tendency of doubt and without latency in respect of the latent tendency of conceit.
One who is without latency in respect of the latent tendency of conceit — is he without latency in respect of the latent tendency of lust for existence (bhavarāgānusaya) … in respect of the latent tendency of ignorance (avijjānusaya)?
Yes.
