[1322] One who is without the latent tendency of repulsion (paṭighānusaya) — is he without the latent tendency of conceit (mānānusaya)?
The Non-Returner (anāgāmī) is without the latent tendency of repulsion, but he is not without the latent tendency of conceit. The Arahant (arahā) is without the latent tendency of repulsion and also without the latent tendency of conceit.
Or else, one who is without the latent tendency of conceit — is he without the latent tendency of repulsion?
Yes.
One who is without the latent tendency of repulsion — is he without the latent tendency of view (diṭṭhānusaya) … the latent tendency of doubt (vicikicchānusaya)?
