"Or rather, for whomever the form sense base arises, does the nose sense base arise for that one?"
"For those possessed of form (sarūpaka) but without a nose (aghānaka) who are being reborn, the form sense base arises for them, but the nose sense base does not arise for them. For those possessed of a nose (saghānaka) who are being reborn, for them the form sense base arises and the nose sense base arises."
