"Yes."
"Or rather, for whomever, wherever, the phenomena base did arise, does the nose base arise for that one there?"
"For all those passing away and for those without a nose who are being reborn, the phenomena base did arise for them there, but the nose base does not arise for them there. For those with a nose who are being reborn, both the phenomena base did arise for them there and the nose base arises."
