Uppādavāra

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (1) · Vol. 38 · Section 505

[505] For whomever, wherever, the mind base (manāyatana) arose, will the dhamma base (dhammāyatana) arise for that one there? For those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika), the mind base arose for them there, but the dhamma base will not arise for them there. For the others — four-aggregate beings (catuvokāra) and five-aggregate beings (pañcavokāra) — for them there both the mind base arose and the dhamma base will arise. Or, for whomever, wherever, the dhamma base will arise, did the mind base arise for that one there? For non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), the dhamma base will arise for them there, but the mind base did not arise for them there. For four-aggregate beings and five-aggregate beings, for them there both the dhamma base will arise and the mind base arose.
