For the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā), the dhamma base arose for them there, but the mind base did not arise for them there. For four-aggregate beings (catuvokāra) and five-aggregate beings (pañcavokāra), both the dhamma base arose for them there and the mind base arose for them there.
