Uppādavāra

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (1) · Vol. 38 · Section 504

[504] For whomever in whatever place the form base (rūpāyatana) arose, will the dhamma base (dhammāyatana) arise for that one in that place? For those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) in five-constituent existence (pañcavokāra), the form base arose for them in that place, but the dhamma base will not arise for them in that place. For the others — beings of five-constituent existence and the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta) — both the form base arose for them in that place and the dhamma base will arise. Or: for whomever in whatever place the dhamma base will arise, did the form base arise for that one in that place? For the formless beings (arūpa), the dhamma base will arise for them in that place, but the form base did not arise for them in that place. For beings of five-constituent existence and the non-percipient beings, both the dhamma base will arise for them in that place and the form base arose.
