[714] "For whomever the mind base (manāyatana) will arise, will the dhamma base (dhammāyatana) of that one cease?"
"Yes."
"Or: for whomever the dhamma base will cease, will the mind base arise for that one?"
"For those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) who are being reborn, their dhamma base will cease, but their mind base will not arise; for the others, their dhamma base will cease and their mind base will also arise."
