[1017] For whomever the eye-faculty (cakkhundriya) arises, did the faith faculty (saddhindriya) … the wisdom faculty (paññindriya), the mind-faculty (manindriya) arise for him?

Or, for whomever the mind-faculty arose, does the eye-faculty arise for him?
For all who are passing away, and for those without eye who are being reborn, the mind-faculty arose for them, but the eye-faculty does not arise for them. For those with eye who are being reborn, both the mind-faculty arose for them and the eye-faculty arises.
