Cakkhundarīya

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (2) · Vol. 39 · Section 1301

[1301] For whomever, wherever, the eye-faculty (cakkhundriya) has not arisen, will the ear-faculty (sotindriya) not arise for that one there? Yes. Or, for whomever, wherever, the ear-faculty will not arise, has the eye-faculty not arisen for that one there? For those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) in the five-constituent existence (pañcavokāra), the ear-faculty will not arise for them there, but it is not the case that the eye-faculty has not arisen for them there. For beings of the Pure Abodes (suddhāvāsa), for non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), and for formless beings (arūpa), the ear-faculty will not arise for them there and the eye-faculty has not arisen for them there.
