For those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) in the sense sphere (kāmāvacara) and for beings of the form sphere (rūpāvacara): for them, there, the nose-faculty will not arise, but it is not the case that for them, there, the eye-faculty did not arise. For beings of the Pure Abodes (Suddhāvāsa), for non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), and for formless beings (arūpa): for them, there, both the nose-faculty will not arise and the eye-faculty did not arise.
