[819] For whomever, wherever, the eye faculty (cakkhundriya) has never arisen, has the faith faculty (saddhindriya) … the wisdom faculty (paññindriya), the mind faculty (manindriya) never arisen for that one there?
For the formless beings (arūpa), the eye faculty has never arisen for them there, but it is not the case that the mind faculty has never arisen for them there. For those of the Pure Abodes (suddhāvāsa) and for the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), both the eye faculty has never arisen for them there and the mind faculty has never arisen.
Or, for whomever, wherever, the mind faculty has never arisen, has the eye faculty never arisen for that one there?
Yes (āmantā).
