[1347] "One who does not fully understand (parijānāti) the eye faculty (cakkhundriya) does not develop the perfect-knowledge faculty (aññindriya)?" "Yes (āmantā)." "Or rather, one who does not develop the perfect-knowledge faculty does not fully understand the eye faculty?" "Yes."
