[1383] "Whoever will develop the 'I shall come to know the unknown' faculty (anaññātaññassāmītindriya), will he realize the perfect-knower faculty (aññātāvindriya)?"
"Yes."
"Or, whoever will realize the perfect-knower faculty, will he develop the 'I shall come to know the unknown' faculty?"
"Seven persons will realize the perfect-knower faculty, but they will not develop the 'I shall come to know the unknown' faculty. Those ordinary persons (puthujjana) who will obtain the path (magga) will both realize the perfect-knower faculty and develop the 'I shall come to know the unknown' faculty."
