[196] For whomever, wherever, wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) cease, do unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) cease for that one there? No. Or rather, for whomever, wherever, unwholesome phenomena cease, do wholesome phenomena cease for that one there? No.
