[290] For whomever, wherever, unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) arise, do indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) cease for that one there? — No. Or rather, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena cease, do unwholesome phenomena arise for that one there? — No.
