[207] For whomever, wherever, unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) do not cease, do indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not cease for that one there?
For all beings who are passing away, and, in the course of existence (pavatti), at the moment of dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa) of a mind dissociated from the wholesome (kusala-vippayutta-citta): unwholesome phenomena do not cease for them there, yet it is not the case that indeterminate phenomena do not cease for them there. For all beings who are being reborn; in the course of existence, at the moment of arising (uppādakkhaṇa) of the mind (citta); and, in the immaterial [plane] (arūpa), at the moment of dissolution of wholesome [phenomena]: for them there, both unwholesome phenomena do not cease and indeterminate phenomena do not cease.
Or, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena do not cease, do unwholesome phenomena not cease for that one there?
In the immaterial [plane], at the moment of dissolution of unwholesome [phenomena]: indeterminate phenomena do not cease for them there, yet it is not the case that unwholesome phenomena do not cease for them there. For all beings who are being reborn; in the course of existence, at the moment of arising of the mind; and, in the immaterial [plane], at the moment of dissolution of wholesome [phenomena]: for them there, both indeterminate phenomena do not cease and unwholesome phenomena do not cease.
