[263] For whom unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) do not cease, will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not cease for that one?
For all [beings] at the moment of the arising of mind (citta) and at the moment of the dissolution of a mind dissociated from the unwholesome, for those attained to cessation (nirodha), and for non-percipient beings — for these, unwholesome phenomena do not cease, but it is not the case that for them indeterminate phenomena will not cease. At the moment of the dissolution of the final mind, for these, unwholesome phenomena do not cease and indeterminate phenomena will not cease.
Or rather, for whom indeterminate phenomena will not cease, do unwholesome phenomena not cease for that one?
