[359] For whom unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) do not arise, will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not cease for that one?
For all [beings] at the moment of dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa) of mind (citta), and at the moment of arising (uppādakkhaṇa) of mind dissociated from the unwholesome, for those who have attained cessation (nirodhasamāpanna), and for non-percipient beings (asaññasatta) — unwholesome phenomena do not arise for them, but it is not the case that indeterminate phenomena will not cease for them. At the moment of dissolution of the final mind (pacchimacitta), unwholesome phenomena do not arise for them, and indeterminate phenomena will not cease.
Or, on the other hand, for whom indeterminate phenomena will not cease, do unwholesome phenomena not arise for that one?
Yes (āmantā).
