[358] For whom wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) do not arise, will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not cease for that one?
For all (beings) at the moment of the dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa) of the mind (citta), at the moment of the arising (uppādakkhaṇa) of a mind dissociated from the wholesome (kusalavippayuttacitta), for those who have attained cessation (nirodhasamāpanna), and for non-percipient beings (asaññasatta): for these, wholesome phenomena do not arise, but it is not the case that indeterminate phenomena will not cease for them. At the moment of the dissolution of the final mind (pacchimacitta), for these, wholesome phenomena do not arise and indeterminate phenomena will not cease.
Or rather, for whom indeterminate phenomena will not cease, do wholesome phenomena not arise for that one?
Yes (āmantā).
