[280] For whomever, wherever, wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) have never ceased, will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not cease for that one, there? They will cease. Or rather, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena will not cease, have wholesome phenomena never ceased for that one, there? They have ceased.
