"Yes."
"Or else, for whom the mind faculty arises, does the nose faculty arise for that one?"
"For those possessing mind (sacittaka) but lacking the nose (aghānaka) who are being reborn, the mind faculty arises for them, but the nose faculty does not arise for them. For those possessing the nose (saghānaka) who are being reborn, for them both the mind faculty arises and the nose faculty arises."
