For those with mind (sacittaka) but without nose (aghānaka) who are being reborn, the mind-faculty arises for them there, but the nose-faculty does not arise for them there. For those with nose (saghānaka) who are being reborn, the mind-faculty arises and the nose-faculty arises for them there.
