"Yes."
"Or rather, for whomever mind arose, has that one's mind arisen?"
"For those attained to cessation (nirodhasamāpannā) and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā), their mind arose, but their mind has not arisen; for those endowed with mind (cittasamaṅgī), their mind both arose and has arisen."
"For whomever mind has arisen, will that one's mind arise?"
"For those endowed with the final mind (pacchimacitta), their mind has arisen, but their mind will not arise; for the others endowed with mind, their mind both has arisen and will arise."
"Or rather, for whomever mind will arise, has that one's mind arisen?"
