A past mind is not arising, yet it is not the case that that mind did not arise for that person; the mind at the moment of dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa) and a future mind neither are arising nor arose.
Or, whatever mind did not arise for someone, is that mind not arising for that person?
The mind at the moment of arising (uppādakkhaṇa) did not arise, yet it is not the case that that mind is not arising for that person; the mind at the moment of dissolution and a future mind neither arose nor are arising.
