[552] Where the life faculty (jīvitindriya) arises, does the equanimity faculty (upekkhindriya) … the faith faculty (saddhindriya), the wisdom faculty (paññindriya), the mind faculty (manindriya) arise there?
Among the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), the life faculty arises there, but the mind faculty does not arise there. In the four-constituent (catuvokāra) and the five-constituent (pañcavokāra) [planes], the life faculty arises there and the mind faculty arises.
Or rather, where the mind faculty arises, does the life faculty arise there?
