[695] For whomever, wherever, the femininity faculty (itthindriya) does not arise, does the equanimity faculty (upekkhindriya) not arise for that one there?
For non-females (na-itthī) being reborn with equanimity (upekkhā), the femininity faculty does not arise for them there, yet it is not that the equanimity faculty does not arise for them there. For all who are passing away, and for non-females being reborn without equanimity, the femininity faculty does not arise for them there and the equanimity faculty does not arise.
Or, for whomever, wherever, the equanimity faculty does not arise, does the femininity faculty not arise for that one there?
For females (itthī) being reborn without equanimity, the equanimity faculty does not arise for them there, yet it is not that the femininity faculty does not arise for them there.
