[841] For whomever the eye-faculty (cakkhundriya) will arise, will the life-faculty (jīvitindriya) arise for that one?
Yes.
Or rather, for whomever the life-faculty will arise, will the eye-faculty arise for that one?
For those who, having been reborn in the formless (arūpa), will attain final Nibbāna, the life-faculty will arise, but the eye-faculty will not arise for them; for the others, both the life-faculty will arise and the eye-faculty will arise.
