[928] For whomever the eye faculty (cakkhundriya) will not arise, will the femininity faculty (itthindriya) not arise for that one?
Yes (āmantā).
Or rather, for whomever the femininity faculty will not arise, will the eye faculty not arise for that one?
Those who, having been reborn in the form sphere (rūpāvacara), will attain final Nibbāna (parinibbāyissanti), and those males (purisa) who, in that very state (bhāva), will manifest some number of existences and then attain final Nibbāna — for them the femininity faculty will not arise, but it is not the case that the eye faculty will not arise for them. Those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika), and those who, having been reborn in the formless (arūpa), will attain final Nibbāna — for them both the femininity faculty will not arise and the eye faculty will not arise.
