[865] For whomever the equanimity faculty (upekkhindriya) will arise, will the faith faculty (saddhindriya) … the wisdom faculty (paññindriya), the mind faculty (manindriya) arise for him?
Yes.
Or, for whomever the mind faculty will arise, will the equanimity faculty arise for him?
Those immediately after whose mind (citta) the final mind (pacchimacitta) associated with joy (somanassa) will arise — for them the mind faculty will arise, but the equanimity faculty will not arise for them; for the others, both the mind faculty will arise and the equanimity faculty will arise.
