[911] For whomever, wherever, the femininity faculty (itthindriya) will arise, will the joy faculty (somanassindriya) arise for that one there?
Those women who, in that same state (bhāva), having manifested some number of existences (bhava) and having been reborn with equanimity (upekkhā), will attain final Nibbāna (parinibbāna) — for them the femininity faculty will arise there, but the joy faculty will not arise for them there. As for the other sense-sphere (kāmāvacara) beings, for them there both the femininity faculty will arise and the joy faculty will arise.
Or else, for whomever, wherever, the joy faculty will arise, will the femininity faculty arise for that one there?
For form-sphere (rūpāvacara) beings, and for those men who, in that same state, having manifested some number of existences and having been reborn with joy (somanassa), will attain final Nibbāna — for them the joy faculty will arise there, but the femininity faculty will not arise for them there. As for the other sense-sphere beings, for them there both the joy faculty will arise and the femininity faculty will arise.
