Cakkhundarīya

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (2) · Vol. 39 · Section 920

[920] For whomever, wherever, the life faculty (jīvitindriya) will arise, will the faith faculty (saddhindriya) … the wisdom faculty (paññindriya), the mind faculty (manindriya) arise for that one there? For the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā), the life faculty will arise for them there, but the mind faculty will not arise for them there. For the four-constituent (catuvokāra) and the five-constituent (pañcavokāra) beings, both the life faculty will arise and the mind faculty will arise for them there. Or else: for whomever, wherever, the mind faculty will arise, will the life faculty arise for that one there? Yes (āmantā).
