In the form sphere (rūpāvacara) and the formless sphere (arūpāvacara), the masculinity faculty will not arise there, but it is not the case that the mind faculty will not arise there. Among the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), there both the masculinity faculty will not arise and the mind faculty will not arise.
Or rather, where the mind faculty will not arise, will the masculinity faculty not arise there?
