[963] Where the eye-faculty (cakkhundriya) will not arise, will the faith faculty (saddhindriya) … the wisdom faculty (paññindriya), the mind-faculty (manindriya) not arise there?
In the immaterial (arūpa) [plane], the eye-faculty will not arise there, but it is not the case that the mind-faculty will not arise there. Among the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), both the eye-faculty will not arise there and the mind-faculty will not arise there.
Or else, where the mind-faculty will not arise, will the eye-faculty not arise there?
Yes (āmantā).
